Designation: Technical Support Engineer in LTE Technology (Uu, S1 and X2 interfaces)
Job Location: Bangalore

Education: B.Tech (CS/IT/EEE/ECE), MCA
-Meeting customers, understanding their test requirement and documenting it.
-Performing technical evaluations in customer premise which would include defining the Scope of Work document listing down the LTE tests procedures definition
-Test execution and issues troubleshooting (including test environment setup, test equipment management and maintenance)
-Provide strong Technical Support to the customers remotely by troubleshooting the issues, generating reports and attending weekly/bi-weekly customer meetings.
-Conduct Onsite Deployment of products and solutions at customer's Lab and provide onsite technical support
Domain Expertise Required:
-Must have prior experience on overall eNodeB e2e, functional, Regression testing
-Good knowledge of LTE technology (Radio interface, S1/X2, protocols, LTE features), and basic IP knowledge
-In Depth knowledge of OFDM, MIMO technologies and LTE Physical layer
-Fundamental and working knowledge of RF Systems
-Fundamental knowledge of Electronics & Communication engineering is desirable
-Must have experience on any of the scripting languages Perl, python, etc.
-Must have knowledge on Linux and shell scripting
-Prior experience in operating test tools like TM500, IXIA, EAST is preferred
-Understanding of software testing concepts & QA concepts like generation of test cases for both manual & automated testing

-Should be able to work as part of a project team or as an individual contributor
-Experience of working in a product development environment
-Excellent problem-solving abilityto diagnose and localize technical problem using logical analysis techniques
