-Candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English
-Remote Installation help to the clients.
-Ready to work on rotational shift on Saturday and Sunday’s too.
-Remote Trouble shooting of the customer queries.
-Handling the technical query phone calls.
-Conducting online training for our customers.
-Responsible for taking Inbound Calls of Potential customers.
-Able to provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries.
-Provide International client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, Phone and Remote support.
-Ability to employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to solve customer problems.
-Deliver Software/Technical assistance based on instruction and pre-established guidelines
-Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the products/Applications.
-Ability to distinguish among data provided and identify relevant information.
-Ability to handle incoming inquiries effectively and efficiently for application/software.
-Ability to log all incoming calls and accurately complete case notes in the call tracking database.
-Knowledge of various PC Operating Systems (Win XP, Win 7, etc.)
-Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office.
Skill Set Required:
-Candidates must adhere to industry standard coding that is comprehensive, compact and with latest developments.
-Candidates will have to face needs of various countries and from various cultures so they should have ability to understand their culture and their business to give appropriate solutions.
-Candidates should be good at communicating in English.
-Candidates will have to work in team so you should be a good team player.
