Job Profile: Technical Support Consultant

Job Location: Noida

Course Specialization: BTech,MCA

Batch: 2017

Training/Probation Period- 6 months

Salary-

During Probation Period: INR 10000 per month

After Probation Period: INR 1.8 LPA

Bond: None

Tentative Interview Date*- Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Tentative Date of Joining- Post completion of final semester examination.

Job Description:

- Remote troubleshooting capabilities

- Installation assistance and basic usability assistance.

- Remote troubleshooting capabilities may be delivered via telephone and online communication media or with or without human assistance through automated means that reside on the customer’s device or are available on the Web.

- New product installation services, installation of product updates, migrations for major releases of software, other types of proactive or reactive on-site services, and support for custom application or infrastructure software.

Skill Set Required:

- Good communication skills

- Ability to understand things

- Confident & energetic personality

- Presentable & good listening power

- Knowledge of excel.

- Good to have knowledge of C#, Dot Net, SQL server.
