Job Profile: Technical Support Consultant

Desired experience: 1-4 Years

Course Specialization: B.E/B.Tech, BCA, MCA

Batch: 2013/14

Probation/Training Period:  3 months

Salary:  INR 5 LPA – 6 LPA (Depending upon the candidate’s performance during the interview)

Bond: None

Date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative Interview Date*:  Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description:

-Drive measurably high level of customer satisfaction that leads to customer loyalty and retention

-Provide customer support via telephone, email and live chat

- Educate customers on the use of our optimization platform VWO

- Manage incidents professionally and within stated timelines

- Work closely with different teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication in English

- Good knowledge in Enterprise technical support environment in a high-tech setting and Internet Marketing

- Ability to systematically and effectively troubleshoot problems while ensuring customer satisfaction within stated service level goals
