Candidate should be well versed with computers, basic keyboarding skills & fair knowledge of browsers.

Prior experience of Semi-Tech process such as computer problems, antivirus etc.

Process inclination towards Tech or 'at least' Semi-Tech LOB.

Candidates from processes with Tech and Customer Support background will be given advantage.

Candidates with prior technical expertise will be given preference.

Skills Required: 

Problem Analysis and Resolution/Technical Knowledge/Customer Orientation.

Good communication skill.
