Job Description:

1.   Technical Sales process (Only voice based) receiving the calls of the Customers and selling of IT/Non IT Products.

2.   Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers.

3.   Technical knowledge of Operating systems.

4.   Providing technical assistance to international clients.

5.   Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6.      Good team Player with analytical skills.

7.   Comfortable to work in US shift

8.   Experience 6 months -2 years

9.   Any Technical Graduate (B.tech, BCA, MCA or equivalent)
