Target Batch Passouts: 2013/2014

Course Specialization: Any Graduate/B.Tech(CS/IT)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

- The candidate will be accountable for individual sales revenue target.

- The candidate will be required to help the customer in diagnosing the issues on their PC.

- Must be capable of handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customer queries.

- Handling irate/demanding customers where necessary, in a tactical manner.

- The candidate will mainly be involved in inbound sale process

Skills Required:

- Strong Communication Skills

- Basic technical knowledge of PC

- Knowledge about window selling of antivirus, installation of office, printer, router.

- Set up, troubleshoot for windows XP, windows 7 and windows 8.

- Technical knowledge of operating systems, hardware & software.

Interview Process: 

- Multiple rounds of face to face Interviews

B.A., B.A.(Hons.), B.Com., B.Com.(Hons.), B.E-Com., B.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons.), B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BBI, BBM, BBS
