Job Description:
- Knowledge on Internet troubleshooting.
- Need to Handle Inbound/outbound US Technical Sales/ support Calls.
- Attending Inbound/outbound calls relating to Computer, Printers, Router,
- Email Antivirus, pop up calls, ppc calls.
- Candidate must know how to trouble shoot Windows and MAC problems
- Candidate must be efficient in taking remote access.
- Providing Technical Service\'s & Sell Warranty Plans.
- Fresher with Excellent English Communication.

Skill Set Required:
Experience in International BPO for Tech Support (Sales)
Should be Comfortable with Night Shift
Must know to close calls and take payment.
Fluent in English.
Fresher with excellent communication are most preferable.

Interview Process:
- Multiple Face to Face Round
