Job Description: 

Responsible for handling international calls from clients.

Ability to understand / diagnose customer's technical problem to take action accordingly.

Candidate will require addressing irate/demanding customers in a tactical manner in necessary situations.

Requires maintaining 100% Quality compliance as per our Compliance Guidelines.

Basic Computer technical knowledge is essential.

Ensuring that the customer issues are taken on priority with an effort for quick solution & services are rendered to them as required.

Skills Required: 

Excellent English communication skills are must.

Should be able to work as a multitasking person during transaction handling.

Disciplined and systematic problem-solving skills are required.

Handling Pop-up Calls / Printer calls.

Troubleshooting Technical issues related to computers.

Willing to work in night shift.
