Batch pass out: 2017-2019

Probation/Training Period: 3 Months

Salary: INR 2.25 LPA - INR 4 LPA Incentive
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description:
- We are hiring -Technical Sales Executive (Night Shift)

Job Profile:
Inbound sales and Technical Support Specialists to help customers establish and enhance their online presence by providing technical support, product information, first-rate customer service and selling products and services as per customer needs. Making sales with PPC / Router / Facebook / Emails / Printer/Microsoft outlook calls. Subscription sales. Must be comfortable with US. Responsible for effectively handling customer queries. Excellent customer service/sales skills. Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP/ Vista/7/8/Mac OS. Basic Knowledge of computer troubleshooting, Internet. Ability to achieve the set target and to give contribution to growth of the Company.

Skill Set Required:
- Applicant having 0 months - 2 years of experience in IT Sales/Inside Sales/Sales
- Strong Technical or Software Sales Experience.
- Must have good communication, negotiation, convincing and client servicing skills.
- Must be process oriented and consistent performer
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Must be confident, Self-motivated..
- Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)
- Work Timings - 24*7
