Salary Range: INR 1.44 LPA - 3 LPA

Experience: 1 - 3 years

Job Location: Delhi

Tentative Date of Interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Tentative Date of Joining: Immediate

Job Description/Skills Required:

-Cater to inbound calling customers professionally and understand their desktop/laptop/network/software etc problems carefully and clearly

-Ability and desire to sell, candidates exhibiting sales aptitude and willing to work in a competitive sales environment with high degree of self-motivation and drive
-Sell Subscription Plans and enroll customers as per process policies of Technical Services

-Working under technical sales process of US/UK/Australia client based process

-Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution

-Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries

-Identifying opportunities to up-sell customers

-Excellent communication skills
