Role - Technical Resource Specialist - US IT STAFFING
Job Description:

- Searching for resumes in portals, matching with the requirements & setting up interviews for US Clients.
- Understanding the client's recurring needs, key skills/traits and develop a strategic sourcing plan to cater to volume hiring.
- Pro-actively develop a network of solid Talent based on client needs and pipelining them.
- Coordination, Salary Negotiation and follow-ups with the candidate till the date of Joining.

5 Days working, Good Salary +Meal Facility+ Incentives

Shift Timing: 7:30PM to 4:30AM

Desired Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.TECH/BCA/MCA
Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
Immediate Joiners would be preferred
Should be able interact well with team and clients
Ability to write in clear manner
Organized and detail-oriented, able to track and work on multiple projects at once
Comfortable to work in night shift and Must be able to commute by himself
