Salary Details: For Freshers: Rs.10000/- per month and For Experienced: Negotiable

Job Description: 

Find consultants for the Requirements

Good Communication Skills. 

Hands on experience is negotiating the Rates with Consultants. 

Able to Convert OPT students into Company full time employees 

Thorough knowledge on Tax terms (W2 /Corp-Corp/1099) 

Good experience in complete recruitment life cycle. 

Successful track record in technical recruitment/US Staffing. 

Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements. Handling entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms. 

Must have excellent communication (Written & oral). 

Willing to work in night shifts.

Skills Required: 

Should be a Graduate.

Strong work ethic and sense of commitment. 

Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed. 

Ability to work in a faced paced environment.

Aggressive, go-getter, positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building  skills are the traits for the right candidate.
