Job Description:

-Working on recruitment process

-Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks  and head hunting.

-Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites

-Preliminary screening / conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement

-Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feed backs

-Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board

Skills Required:

-Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written.

-Maintain ongoing relationships with clients,

-Must be able to work in a team.

-Strong zeal to make the career in international staffing industry.

Interview Process:

-Two to three rounds of HR followed by Manager and VP round

*Note: Candidates have to work in night shift ( 7 pm to 4 am IST )

Cab facility will be provided to female candidates
