Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Experience in recruiting or US BPO calling
-Experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
-Expert knowledge of full-cycle/contract recruitment
-Experience recruiting with a large volume of high priority requisitions
-Proven ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
-Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Flexible and Energetic with the ability to effectively build relationships with clients (at all levels) as well as candidate
-Willing to work in US Shift (Night Shift)
