Job Description: 

Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels.

Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.

Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US.

Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.

Should possess an excellent track record in managing the entire life-cycle of the recruitment process, with an expertise in searching, sourcing, evaluating and selection of candidates.

Interact with clients, preferred vendors and business partners through e-mails & conference calls to generate business and resolve operational aspects.

Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders to promote RAMY and its services.

Front facing with the clients to receive/understand/cascade requirements and closing gaps if any.

Owning the entire hiring process starting from telephonic interviews, pitching, head hunting, coordination for all the interviews, offer roll out and on boarding.

Interviewing potential employees and ensuring to bring the best of the breed.

Skills Required: 

Individuals must be able to work in a team environment.

Individuals must be able to communicate well with the team.

Must be energetic, innovative and, ready to go the extra length to make a difference.

Excellent Oral and Written Communication.

Proactive and self-managing.

Attention to detail and a focus on high quality outputs.
