Role: Technical Executive/Business Development Executive

Course Specialization: B.E./ B.Tech

Target Batch: 2018

Desired Experience: Fresher

Stipend during Internship: INR 10,000 per Month for 3 Months.

Salary: Basis performance evaluation post successfully completing 3 Months Internship, candidates will be offered INR 15,000 - 25,000 per month.

Role Description for Business Development Executive:
- Candidate needs to manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Candidate will have to meet clients (outside also)
- Candidate needs to maintain relationship with customers
- Candidate needs specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market  research supported by on-going visits to customers and non- customers. Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning
- Candidate should develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
- Candidate needs to analyze potential partner relationships for the product
- Candidate having knowledge of ATL and BTL would be preferred

Desired Candidate Profile (Business Development Executive):
- Candidate should be available for full time (in-office) at the time of internship
- Candidate should have bike/car
- Candidate should have a ability to do 5-6 meetings per day
- Candidate should be confident, optimistic and patient

Role Description for Technical Executive:
- Candidate have to work with all personnel and outside contacts to satisfy clients and achieve company goals
- Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
- Candidate need to conduct Contract Administration Requests
- Candidate should complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports for Business Managers
- Candidate should conduct Post Sale Follow Up (call customer to ensure welcome letter and contract start date are correct) in coordination with service delivery engineer as appropriate
- Candidate need to develop quotations in cooperation with the Deal Desk Administrator based on identified sales strategy and information collected from customer or partners as assigned
- Candidate have to completing Contract Activation Reports
- Candidate have to follow up and complete Contract Activation Variance
- Candidate needs to perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including Quotes, Bookings and Renewals
- Candidate needs to assist in completing sales projects including proposals and marketing
- Candidate who will able to do minimum 70 outbound calls each day.

Desired Candidate Profile (Technical Executive):
- Candidate should maintain an accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker
- Candidate needs to follow up with the customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
