Tech-Field is a US Based IT RPO located at Noida and head office at New Jersey (USA). We majorly deal into IT clients thus will be always looking for Technical / IT candidates with fluent communication skills who are ready to work in US shift timings (fixed).

Salary : INR 1.4 – 2.6 LPA (No deductions + Incentives apart + 1 time meal free)

Job Description :  
- Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
- Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Must be having capability to work with a team or individually. Should be capable to handle a team as well.

Skill Set Required :
- Should be from Technical  education background (IT / Computer science)
- Preferably should know about Computers/IT ,C , C++ Java , .net , oracle databases and web based language
- Fresher or experienced (1-2 yrs) in Technical recruitment (domestic / international) can apply.
- Fluent in Communication (Written & Verbal) both.

* Note :
- Ready to work in Night shift (Shift timings 7 pm to 4 am, 5 days working & Saturday , Sunday fixed week off)
- Cabs provided to female staff.
