- Telephonic Round

Job Description:

- Independently handling of Presales / Tender / Review / Post /Demonstration /installation

- In coordination with CRM to work on execution of respective depts. work.

- QA / Final test of Supply equipment

- In coordination with Sales team conduct Seminar towards BD activity

- To extend support to the Tender & Contracts division for Technical and costing specifications

- To extend cooperation in preparing Product Catalogue

- Prepare and conduct Product presentation to Dealers / Customers etc..,

- Training to customers about usage of Products including safety aspects.

- Coordinating for Service activities/Customer Support

- Responsible for collecting Performance Certificates

- Responsible for Product Certification

- Responsible for conducting Market survey on our products and competitors products

- To submit Internal Reports on the findings during the demonstration /Installation

- Maintaining log book

B.Tech/B.E.
