Job Description:

- Collaborate with Solution Lead,Technical Expert and Suppliers to ensure availability of services and ownership with resolving issues.
- Ensure website’s lifecycle workflows are going through all quality gates using the existing toolset.
- Maintain and improve tools to implement CMS processes (site provisioning, site patching, site migration, site decommissioning).
- Assist businesses in understanding issues and “translate” into more technical terms for the suppliers investigation.
- Continuously improve service to our clients by promoting and implementing automation wherever possible.                                
- Continuously improve service to our clients by applying pro-active monitoring and support to prevent issues before they arise.                               
- Ensure change management processes are applied. Ensure that all activities are done in a compliant way.                                     
- Develop and maintain operational and procedural documentation.  

Skill Set Required:

- Hands on experience with Sitefinity
- Good understanding of Website lifecycles and technologies (HTML,JS frameworks,CSS,MVC concepts,Databases)
- Good understanding of Network/Infrastructure (AD,CDN,LB,Firewall,Cloud)
- Experience in an ITIL environment
- Critical mindset to develop and improve processes
- Good understanding of security, scaling and performance principles
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
