Job Description: 
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture, design and code 
-Demonstrate high degree of ownership, accountability and exhibit high energy on org level initiatives. 
-Demonstrate creativity and sound analytical skills in identifying effective approaches to develop solutions independently. 
-Deliver features with high quality, on-time as per project plans and delivery commitments. 
-Work with team members to manage the day-to-day development activities, participate in designs, design review, code review, and implementation. 
-Maintain current technical knowledge to support rapidly changing technology, always on a look out for new technologies and work with the team in bringing in new technologies. 
-Must be able to work with a minimum of technical supervision and supplemental engineering support, while responding efficiently to multiple program priorities. In addition, the role involves analyzing the latest technologies and development trends, establishing and implementing standard practices. 
-Mentor other engineers and foster team spirit

Skill Set Required: 
Candidates must have following skills:
-Should be language agnostic, with extensive and expert programming experience in any one programming language (strong OO skills preferred). --Deep experience in at least one general programming language (Java, Ruby, Clojure, Scala, C/C++ and SQL) 
-Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills and a good understanding of the sales and post sales processes
-Ability to write scripts and small program utilities to help during proof of concepts and implementations phases
-Strong grasp on cloud infrastructure such as amazon web services, google compute etc.
-Strong grasp on JVM concepts and Java applications
-Firm grasp on SQL, data warehousing, ETL concepts
-Firm grasp of how a full stack application works right from the web tier, application tier and the database tier
-Experience in defining and executing enterprise proof of concepts
-Technical sales and evangelization
-Sharing the learning’s from the field with the rest of the team at Woobly for improvement of messaging, processes and product features
-Running proof of concepts and making them successful
-Knowledge of Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Pig and related big data technologies
-Knowledge of Amazon Web Services specially EC2 and S3
