Salary: INR 2.0 LPA - INR 2.5 LPA

(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company discretion)

Course Specialization:  B.E/B.Tech(CS/IT)/B.Sc(IT)/BCA/B.Sc(CS)

Job Description:

Debugging website issues including
- Scripting – PHP, Asp.Net and a few other scripting languages.
- Databases: MySQL, MSSQL, MS-Access.
- CMS - WordPress, Joomla
- Email issues on applications like  Google Suite, office 365, MS Exchange                               
- eCommerce related issues               
- Domain related issues
- Account and product enquiries including setup and installation
- Billing enquires

Skill Set Required:
- Excellent English communication, both verbal and written
- Typing skills 35 WPM(words per minute)
- Flexible to work - 24/7 - Rotational shifts including night shifts
- Strong Logical Thinking
- Proficient in using computers
- Knowledge about web hosting is an added advantage

Interview Process:
- Preliminary interview (pre screening)
- Aptitude test,essay writing,and typing test
- Followed by face-to-face Technical interview
- Decision round & issuing conditional offer
