Take the calls regarding printer, router, laptop, Wi-Fi, and solve the query of US clients.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to computers & focus on selling of Annual/ Per incident plan.
Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries and meeting conversion/revenue targets. Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
Achieving Team Targets.
Responsible for selling subscription plans.
Calling existing customers for renewing their plans.
Technical Sales Associate (TSA) is the first point of contact for the callers from North America.
Basic technical knowledge required for proper diagnosis of the root cause.
Recommendation of technical help through easy steps.
Converting a Caller to a Customer by placing & enrolling the apt support plan through soft selling skills.
Software or Service packages to be sold.
Should be from Tech Sales background.
Excellent Communication Skills.(Will be speaking with US Clients).
Having Knowledge in to Windows 8/10, MAC.
Comfortable in Night Shift.
Must have Experience in International Process.
