Typical work activities:

Few major work activities of a Tech project associate are:

-Architect, develop and implement software programs to meet business requirements.

-Involved in coding for the assigned functions.

-Trial runs of the computer programmes and software applications developed should be conducted.

-The written code should be debugged for errors again and again.

-Must do the unit testing with the unit test cases.

-Must follow the coding standards while coding.

-Tune up design for maintainability, scalability and efficiency.

-Complete the screens before or by the suggested deadline.

-Must update the status of the work done for the day to the superior.

-In case of errors, the programmer should ensure error correction.

-The program should be compiled before submitting it to the seniors.

-Should consult their heads for the appropriate changes.

-Needs to have mathematical skills also so that he could develop more efficient programmes.

-Properly supervise the work of their sub- ordinates.

-Should develop new and more efficient programmes for their firm.

-Fulfil the requirements of their clients.

Skill requirements:

There are many skills associated with this profession and few of them are:

-1-2 years working experience in programming language Ruby 1.9.x for web applications, mobile apps.

-1-2 years working experience in Rails 3.x

-1-2 years working experience in LAMP/WAMP technologies

-1-2 years working experience in Java script, AJAX, jQuery

-Good command over English language, excellent communication skills, written as well as verbal

-Good inter-personal & presentation skills and people friendly

-Be able to work in large team.

-Must have analytical aptitude, problem solving approach and logical thought process.

-Be well organised and able to prioritise tasks

Experience- 1 -2 Years.

Salary : INR 2 -2.4 LPA.
