Salary Details: INR 2.8 LPA - INR 4 LPA

Job Description: 

Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort.

Monitor calls to ensure positive customer experience and provide direct feedback on observed performance.

Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team.

Identifying Outliers & Conducting regular one on one session to ensure maximum employee satisfaction & productivity.

Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets and the development process.

Ensuring team bonding and team interaction as to avoid attrition happening on the grounds of dissatisfaction in the team.

Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance.

Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement.

Maintain healthy group dynamics.

Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure.

Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues.

Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior.

Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words.

Motivate and inspire team members

Help keep the team focused and on track.

MIS reporting as well as optimum utilization of resources & system.

Skills Required: Cofident, Smart, Good communication and Convincing skill.

Interview Process: Face to face interviews.


B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA, MBA
