Able to handle a Team of 15-20 members.
Monitor and manage the team’s performance metrics and the transactions of team members.
Track / manage team attendance.
Maintain the Shrinkage and Attrition as per company standards.
Conduct pre / post shift meetings with team members. Cascade latest process related inputs from the client and the management, to the floor.
Facilitate / conduct huddle sessions and review team’s performance.
Stack Rank all team members, based on the performance metrics - attendance, quality audit scores and CSAT scores.
Take corrective actions and preventive actions.
Work on improvement plan coordinating with the QRep to improve the performance of the Associates who have received MIPs.
Act as an interface between the team and the management and all Support functions so that the team operates smoothly at the highest efficiency and within the prescribed norms.
Facilitate team building and morale boosting exercises.
Mentor the team members and find ways within the prescribed norms, to aid the Associates s and Sr. Associates to value-add resulting to have job satisfaction.
Client Interaction &Attending Calibration Calls.
Identify Process Gap and bridge Goal.
Tracking & Report Management.
Good Communication Skills.
Advance knowledge on Quality.
Should be well versed in MS Office especially Excel.
