Desired Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience with a Travel Agency in sales role

Salary:  INR 3.6 LPA (Fixed) + Performance based Incentives

Job Description:

  • Handling a team of Domestic Tour Executives. Responsible for their sales target achievement.
  • Interacting with clients on phone/email and suggesting domestic tours
  • Costing of Tours and designing of itineraries as per client's requirement
  • Ensuring all client's doubts related to tour package are cleared
  • Ensuring the tour executives are following the laid down processes.
  • Preparing monthly MIS for the performance of domestic tour division.  
  • Liasioning with Hotels/Transporters to contract best rates

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills(both written and spoken)
  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional selling skills (must)
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, MS Word/Excel and Internet browsing
  • Must possess strong Team management/Leadership skills
  • Knowledge of domestic tour destinations like: Kerala, Srinagar, Himachal, Uttaranchal, Goa, North-East
  • Must have handled a team of min. 20 tour executives in current or past job
  • Must possess strong Team management/Leadership skills

Education:

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BBM, BBS

Work Experience:

3 - 5 Years
