Job Description:

- Responsible for overall performance of Team for IT services like Web Designing, Web Development, E-commerce, Digital Marketing & dedicated resources.

- Business Development management with small, medium and large customers worldwide, with more focus on medium and large customers in developed countries.

- Accomplishing sales target of team.

- Managing & developing a team of 3-6 persons.

- To ensure full availability and performance 24/7.

- Ensuring desired improvement in revenue everyday and every month.

- Key Account Management, Market Research, Customer loyalty & Retention.

- Provide help to team including technical help.

- Handling and helping team handle skype chats, emails, voice calls, project management tools & other client preferred communication methods.

- Proposal writing/Bidding & project management on portals like elance, upwork, Guru & other. Help on the same to team.

- Responsible for team revenue.

- Record performance and increase overall productivity of team.

- Responsible for retention in team.

- Assisting in HR Functions like interviewing & reducing attrition.

Skill Set Required:

- Should have very strong closing skills.

- Should have a technical background (IT Industry)

- Should be able to deliver high standard of service for International Clients & Domestic Clients.

- Minimum 2 years of team handling of 3-6 persons experience in same filed is a must.

- Should have very strong closing skills.

- Should be a winner & willing to join for long term.

- Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal both.

- Ensuring desired improvement in revenue everyday, every week and every month.
