Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

- Manage and monitor team daily activity. 

- Frequent Field audits. 

- Team management - Handle a large team of field executives. 

- Daily reporting.

- Constant performance evaluation of the team. 

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and managerial skills.

- Fluent in English.

- Education requirement - Any university recognised graduate course. 

- Basic knowledge of MS-Office. 

- Effective communication.

- Preferably prior experience in Sales and Marketing.
