Job Description:

- Responsible for overall revenue generation of the Campaign.

- Handling the Team with diligence.

- Should have situational leadership ability.

- Should be able to make utmost utilization of the available resources.

- Must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.

- Should have the ability to think out of the box and bring in prospect growth to the campaign.

- Maintain the shrinkage & attrition of the Team.

- Must have displayable knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PPT.

- Should have the ability to Train & Coach new hires & Conduct one to ones with the existing Associates.

- Will be responsible for daily report collation & generation.
