Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute and co-ordinate execution of the end to end audit process, including planning, fieldwork and reporting
Understand Risks and design Controls.
Design Audit Tests for execution by self and team.
Document findings and perform root cause analysis.
Co-ordinate and manage audit activities on-site and remotely with minimal oversight.
Write and manage timely delivery of Audit Reports.
Track and test implementation of management actions to address audit issues.
Updated Risk Assessment and take initiative to support process improvements and efficiencies.
Manage the coordination of the audit team and day to day oversight of any issues or questions.
Manage relationships with clients and present Audit Reports.
Travel across India and abroad.
Be confident in the use and review of Data Analytics and related audit techniques.
Possess the ability to create open, constructive and co-operative relationships which supports sharing of information.
Working knowledge of Tally, SAP and MS Office.
Comprehensive understanding of Standards of Internal Audit.
Sound Independent Judgement.
Analytical and Presentation Skills.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi and one regional language.
