Profile Offered: System Engineer

Job Location: Pune

Course Specialization: Any Graduate - Any Specialization,

Desired Experience: 0 - 2 yrs

Skills:

  • General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms, general productivity applications like MS outlook, MS excel, Lotus Notes etc.
  • Knowledge on basic concepts of networking.
  • Excellent Communication Skills is must.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office.

 

Mandatory requirement for experienced candidates:

  • Technical knowledge/expertise to support technical help related queries and trouble shooting.
  • Technical/troubleshooting knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows).
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a L1 desk / tech support process providing remote support for Laptops / Desktops / Network Issues / MS office products like Windows 10, Bit locker etc. Printer Configuration etc.

 

Good to have: for E-TAC:

  • PBX Administration Avaya or similar.
  • Anti-Virus & IT Security best practices implementation & administration.
  • Process compliance Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
  • Windows XP 10 OS support experience.
  • Knowledge of McAfee products.
