Job Description:
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Work closely with the architect and Team to design networks, systems, and storage environments that effectively reflect business needs, security requirements, and service level requirements.
- Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of the infrastructure.
- Manage a continuous integration/continuous deployment methodology for the server-based technologies.
- Taking appropriate action in case of service goes offline.
- Must be feasible to work in shift rotations ( day & night shift as we work for the Canada client).
- Getting up to date to the new technologies
- Must be adaptive for new technologies / rapid system requirements changes.

Skill Set Required:
- Linux, AWS, PowerShell, Tomcat, Github (Basic Knowledge would do)

Hiring criteria is as below:
- All the trainees will have to go through a 1 month unpaid training program.
- After the assessment, post one month training, we would be absorbing them as employees and they would be on probation for 5 months from DOJ.
- The joining package we offer is around 1.9L pa, depending upon the performance during the training period and will be paid after 1st month training.
- Salary hike and designation change would be revised once they complete our probationary period of 6 months.
- We as a company roll out bi annual hikes, once in April and once in October.
- The first month training is going to be quite intense, we will need candidates who are tenacious and dedicated to learn and achieve in their career.
- It's going to be 6 days working Monday to Saturday (9 hours per day)
- Salary hikes are offered 3X for right employees.
