Job Description :
- Seeking an individual who have expertise in Corporate IT operations who can provide deskside support in office shifting, Laptop/Desktop OS migration (Win7 to Win10), Application installation, testing and end user device (IP Phone, Docking stations, External peripherals) support.

Responsibilities :
- WDS based Windows 7/8 deployment and troubleshooting skills
- Documentation and follow-up skills
- Expected to work on night shifts/extended work hours.
- Application installation and troubleshooting skills
- Resolve Desktop, Application performance issues
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop OS
- Vendor Management (ISPs)
- Good team player
- Good Communication skill.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, if situation demands.

Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal skills and personality with high customer service orientation
- Strong emergency response orientation.
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- In-depth working / practical knowledge of setting up new site/infrastructure
