Salary: INR 3.5 LPA To INR 5 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview, experience and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Respond timely and effectively to Client inquiries / issues.
- Monitor mission critical systems and applications – respond to incidents as required, escalating as necessary;
- Insure adherence to client SLA(s) regarding responsiveness.
- Enter all incidents, issues, inquiries into SWIFT Support ticketing system -compile daily / weekly / monthly reports as required;
- Compliance with SWIFT policies, procedures & regulations;
- 1/3+ years of Hands-on experience in Client Support - mission critical systems / applications monitoring, incident handling in an IT environment – preferably in a Financial Services capacity;
- Experience in supporting SWIFT systems – a plus;
