Kolbro Group was established in year 2011 and since then Kolbro Group is engaged in various project management work for Municipal Council / Municipal Corporations. Kolbro Group has more than 200 civil and other strem engineers working on the GIS based property tax assessment survey and require more engineers for the upcoming projects.

Job description:
- Candidate will have to do door to door property tax survey of properties in which he will have to draw sketch diagram of the carpet area of the property, record the information of the property in pre defined form, take photographs of property. To and fro expense for the site will be provided by the company. Door to door property survey does not mean that a candidate will have to travel a lot for survey. Properties will be within a single building for example 30 to 40 flats in the same building. Or in some case the properties will be within the range of 250 or 300 mtr.

Skill Set Required:
- Should be able to read, write and speak English, hindi(fluent) and marathi.
- Good handwriting.
- Ability to handle smart phones and mobile apps
- Professional look.
- Good communication skills.
