-Taking permissions and organizing on ground activities
-Responsible for making people understand about Orahi at camps
-Handling corporate queries
-Rendering assistance in registrations of various people through on ground camps

Job Purpose :

We are looking for Support Specialist who has effective communication skills and has passion for work. They should have ability to understand user's behavior and assist them. You will be a part of a creative team that is responsible for all aspects of ride-share from getting them onboard till making them comfortable so they can stay connected with Orahi for long term.

Requirements:

-Graduate with a Bachelor's degree 
-Good communications skills
-Clear understanding of user's behaviour
-Interpersonal skills
-Any experience - Added advantage
-Positive attitude

Main Tasks and responsibilities :

-Calling up people and providing them knowledge based solutions for carpooling
-Helping the users to understand Orahi and how to use on daily basis
-Resolving their website/app/usage related queries on call
-Handling their Orahi accounts and tracking their usage on Orahi
-Rendering assistance in retaining them on Orahi
