-Strong communication/conveying skills.
-Minimum one year experience in Customer Service Support.
-Excellent spoken & writing skills.
-Should be proficient in speaking both English & Hindi.
-Knowledge related to Events and other online business.
-Must be able to convey the Information Clearly & Accurately to the Indian as well as foreign clients.
-Assisting Customer enquirers/escalations & providing all Pertinent Information.
-Knowledge on Online Payment Processing & functioning of Payment Gateways would be an additional advantage.
-Should be able to Build Rapport & Trust Quickly with Clients & Colleagues.
