About The Company:

Enate’s Robotic Service Orchestration (RSO) platform enables the delivery and management of services across both the digital and human workforce. The system allows for the delivery of services from multiple locations while maintaining visibility and control, including the automation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), aligned to a detailed cost and productivity reporting capability.

Probation/Training Period: 6 Months

Salary: During Training Period: INR 15,000 per month (Night Shift)
              After Training Period: INR 5.4 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Tentative date of joining: immediate

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:
- Troubleshoot Enate implementations globally (training will be provided)
- Make modifications (Under 4 hours of work) to Enate implementations
- Reproduce support issues in-house for handover and fix from the development team
- Researching database related support incidents (SQL skills)
- Logging a bug/ticket with the technology team and coordinating a fix while managing the customers’ expectations
- Working within Enate support service contractual obligations to customers
- Handholding customers over desktop sharing/telephonic sessions
- Maintain Enate internal support resolution SLAs and KPIs
- Identifying, improving and reporting various support parameters into the Support Manager
- Feeding into release management as appropriate.

Skill Set Required:
- SQL in a SQL Server Environment
- Understanding of IIS
- Understanding of Visual studio
- Understanding of relational databases, tables, views, stored procedures and index structures

Mandatory Required:
- Excellent communication skills, pragmatic team player
- Exposure of western culture and working environment would be an advantage
- Should be innovative and have a willingness to learn, improve and constantly evolve.
