Profile Offered: Support and Monitoring Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore

Course Specialization: BSc(CS, IT),BCA,MCA,BE/B.Tech(CSE,EEE,ECE,IT)

Desired Experience: 0 - 2 Years

Desired Skill:

  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Linux - Intermediate Level
  • SQL - Intermediate Level
  • SS7 - Intermediate Level
  • Knowledge of Database- SQL, ORACLE
  • Knowledge of GSM

 

Note:

  • The employee would be hired as on Contract basis for 6 months
  • Post 6 months, the employee would be hired as a permanent Employee on a performance basis
  • The candidates must be open to 24x7 rotational shift job

 

Job Details:

  • Analyzing complex service related problems and recommending solutions accordingly
  • Provisioning for Service customization and service preparations
  • Performing bulk configuration requested by Clients
  • Data comparison between various platforms to prevent anomalies
  • Setting up various network profiles for various clients
