Job Location: Mumbai

Desired experience:  0 to 3 Years

Salary:

- For 0 to 2 Year Experienced: INR 1.8 LPA to INR 2.4 LPA (Depending upon the candidature and  interview performance)

- For 2 to 3 Year Experienced: INR 2.4 LPA to INR 3 LPA (Depending upon the candidature and  interview performance)

Target Batch Passouts:  2012/2013/2014/2015

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Job Description:

- Handling in-person support desk for delivery drivers.

- Assist in selection of the Delivery Boys

- Coordinating with delivery drivers and position them smartly on-field

- Maintaining Supply Quality

- Resolving drivers issues – salary/ incentive/ application / network and other functions.

- Outcalling drivers and giving them solutions to problems.

- Closing driver tickets with proper resolution.

Skill Set Required:

- Strong communication skills – English, Hindi and Marathi

- Good Excel Skills –Able to use VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

- Good interpersonal skills. Flexibility in work timings

- Highly analytical and need to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
