Job Location: Ahmedabad

 Desired experience:  0 to 3 Years

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to INR 3 LPA (Depending upon the candidature and  interview performance)

Target Batch Passouts:  2015-2017

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Job Description:

- Managing driver fleet within the assigned clusters. Closely track driver logins and ensure supply availability and positioning as per the demand projections

- Monitor driver performance metrics - productivity, frauds, quality, etc

- Coordinate with demand team for order projections, merchant launch, and down trending merchants

- Re-engagement of inactive drivers. Conduct field support within assigned clusters to reduce driver churn.

- Coordinate with call support team for providing resolution to critical state orders

- Take actions for driver frauds and misbehavior

- Send out driver communication for important updates

- Provide timely resolution to driver issues/ tickets

- Coordinate with team leaders for field sourcing

 Skill Set Required:

 - Good communication skills

 - Fluency in Regional language, English, and Hindi

 - Excel proficiency (vlookup, pivot table, sumif, countif, filters)
