Roles and Responsibilites:

• Drive team with and multiple projects.
• Experience in building customer relationship with internal customer
• Experience in global supply chain , manufacturing , sales ,customer relation etc
• Ability to develop new approaches to complex challenge in supply chain.
• Participate in discussions for high level requirements analysis as per customer need
• Customer management through weekly Project review calls.
• Must have understanding of all parts like electronic , mechanical , plastic etc.
• Stick to project schedule and closely follow up the progress to ensure timely delivery with good quality by the various Project Team Members.
• Liaise with Sr team for escalation and Regular reporting accordingly to key milestones and deployment deliverables
• Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities and timely highlight such risks, as well as recommending possible actions to control the risks.
• Work closely with the respective cross functional team to ensure that the team supports in cleansing and completing the reports.
• Perform project manager role and manages customer centrally as SPOC for all customer.
• Ensure stakeholders are updated on progress status and manages escalations wrt PMO/MIS.
• Build and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders as well as customer.
• Compile and update issues tracker and share with teams where appropriate.
• Ensure that activities are tracked and savings recorded using the appropriate internal systems and tools.
• Be the escalation point for BU/DU/regional issues.
• Expose to Global customer as well as supplier.
• Experience in customer handling and support.
