Job Description:
-Make phone calls to students; Interview, Mentor & Counsel students in our office (No Field job)
-Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved; Record details of opportunities; Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
-Use Interview, Mentoring & counseling script guidelines and follow detailed briefs to conduct calls;
-Provide feedback and input to script and copy development

Skill Set Required:
-Persuasive & highly motivated to counsel on phone and in-person;
-Ability to be creative in dealing with the students when counseling; Handle prospective students’ objections carefully; Attention to detail;
-Ability to communicate influence & negotiate when necessary
-Ability to communicate in a friendly, helpful, positive, persuasive and firm manner
-Excellent telephone ethics and command over English communication.
-Ability to write detailed follow up notes; Confident, self motivated and incentive-driven;
-Excellent time management skills; ability to meet deadlines, multi-task & keep calm
-Team player; Strong work ethics; Disciplined work approach, Proven ability to prioritize
