Student Relationship Executive

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA to 3 LPA plus lucrative incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming queries on phone, email, online chat and office walkins
• Make outgoing calls, send e-mails to follow up with interested students and persuade them to join the courses
• Maintain and update the database of all the inquiries.
• Fee tracking and follow up.
• Any other activity that may be required to build good student relationships.
• Maintain daily individual work tracker
• Should be willing to work on weekends on a rotation basis

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent English (both oral and written)
• 1-6 years of total experience and 1-3 years of out bound tele-calling/ sales/ marketing/ student counselling experience. Any industry.
• Should have completed graduation
• Should possess excellent communication skills and be able to persuade interested students.
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook. He/she should be adept in excel
• Should be a quick learner and should be able to multi task.
• Should be willing to work on shifts on a rotation basis. Along with our regular shift we have a mid-shift which is from 11:30AM to 8:00PM
• Should be willing to work on weekends on a rotation basis
