Course Specialization: BBA,MBA,BSC(SALES).

Target Batch Passout: 2014-2016

Training/Probation Period: None

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA To INR 2.4 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Bond: None

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Connect with students through phone, chat & email - counsel on Educational Courses offered by Get Ahead Education & close admissions
- Rigorously follow-up with prospective students to ensure admission closures
- Ensure that Sales target (Fees Collected & Admission Count) is achieved on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
- Ensure adherence to Call Quality parameters
- Maintain & submit reports as per required frequency to immediate supervisor

Preferred Skills:

- Graduate / Post Graduate with a minimum experience of 1 year in a educational counselling/ tele sales/ banking/ insurance sales setup or from BFSI sales on phone.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills verbal and written.
- Proven skills in achieving Sales Targets.
- Candidates from Telesales background handling sales closures
- Should be a go-getter & be able to multi-task.
- Excellent soft skills - listening, motivating, communication
- Should have excellent convincing skills
