Profile Offered: Stress Engineer

Job Location: Belgaum

Course Specialization: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 1 years

Roles and Responsibilites:
Hands on experience in Stress Analysis of components/sub-systems using any of the any of the CAE solvers like ANSYS /SC03/Abaqus.
Hands on experience on Compatible geometry preparation in UG/NX Meshing.
Hands on experience on steady state and transient, linear or non-linear stress analysis, Thermo Mechanical and vibration analysis.
Preliminary exposure to Heat Transfer Analysis.
Have good inclination towards Automation/Scripting.
Proactively coordinate with Design Team and propose design alternatives.
Good in Solid Mechanics Hand Calculations.
Good understanding on postprocessing FE results and relating to problem physics.
Good understanding of Gas turbine components like HPC,LPT,HPT,Combuster, Installation Components, and their materials requirements.
Knowledge of stress,strain based lifing,Creep, Crack Propagation Analysis.
Knowledge of different failure modes.
Good technical report writing skills.
Good communication skills.
Should work with Global Team in multi work culture.
