-Temperature modification in BMS application in coordination with AC technician

-Monitoring CCTV Cameras

-Informing the abnormalities to engineer / manager

-Informing the vendor for rectification of findings

Skills Required:

Record keeping

-Access request forms

-Photo Id request forms

-Lost card cheque photo copies

-Daily access and photo id issue record – soft copy

-CCTV monitoring daily check list

-Data center Back DVD’s to be shared with IT admin on monthly basis

-Access door daily monitoring check list

-WLD daily check list

-FM 200 Daily check list

-VESDA daily check list

-CO2 sensor daily check list

-Access server Synchronization daily check list

-Daily Access log reports and attendance reports

-Fire alarm weekly PPM reports

-Vendor service reports

-Vendor PM reports

-BMS entry log book

-Vendor complaint log book

-Shift handover log book

-Access reconciliation details to be maintained
