About the Company:Delta Corp Limited ("Delta Corp") is the only listed company engaged in the casino (live, electronic and online) gaming industry in India. We, along with our Subsidiaries, currently own and operate casinos in India, in the states of Goa and Sikkim, offering approximately 1,800 gaming positions. In addition, we have also ventured into the fast-growing online gaming space through our acquisition of Gauss Networks Private Limited, which operates the online poker site 'Adda52.com'. Our early-mover advantage has helped us secure a leadership position, with our Company holding three of the six offshore gaming licenses issued in Goa, one land based casino in Goa and one in Sikkim; and three online gaming sites.

Roles and Responsibilities:Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Activities of the role)
Attends to incoming and outgoing guests in the restaurant.
Takes guest orders when necessary and ensures effective execution of the same.
Ensures that all guests are properly attended to and service is imparted to their satisfaction.
Clear the tables vacated by the guests at the earliest, to ensure quick turnover.
Ensures that trolleys and tables are properly set up and adequate stock of tables, trays and sauces is maintained.
Help increase the average check by recommending and convincing the guests.
Clears room service trays / tables and relay the tray / table for second turnover.
Monitors and ensures smooth operations of assigned section.
Maintains consistency in quality of F&B service / cleanliness of section/s appointed.
Obtains customer feedback during operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handles minor complaints and reports them to the Manager for proper action.
Checks set-up prior to start of operations.
Checks cleanliness of section/s prior to and after service.
Ensures cooperation and smooth communication between staff within assigned section/s and other sections/departments.
Checks inventory in assigned section/s for daily requisition.
Respects his/her superiors, addresses him/her with due titles, accepts requests without questioning, cooperates unselfishly, and be a good team worker.
Ensures that all service standards are always followed.
Behaves in a friendly and hospitable manner to all guests, customers and staffs.
Performs all assigned duties efficiently, technically correct, follows Company policies, rules and regulations, requests of Superiors, adheres to procedures and achieve a high standard leading to total guest and Company satisfaction.
Updates oneself and follow security/fire/safety procedures according to Companys rules and regulations.
Attends departmental meeting and training when requested.
Always be clean and properly dressed while on duty. Ensures at all times to have short and clean fingernails; have trimmed and clean haircut for men and moderate brushing for women and be aware of personal hygiene at all times.
Ensures no visible piercing other than regular female stud earrings to be seen whilst on duty.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
