In-depth research on various companies/industries/service offerings across geographies for business development as well as engagement execution.
Work closely with Consumer Products services team leaders and stakeholders in the US, and a few more service lines within. in the US on developing various go to market strategies.
POC for all requests coming from Global Operations team members. Requests will include enhancement and creative support, knowledge management support, in-depth research, etc.
For operations requests, this position will work with other support teams and associates from the team to execute requests and deliver on time.
Actively work with the Knowledge Management team in maintaining intranet sites for respective service lines and aim to drive and align with the team’s knowledge management vision.
Review of proposals and presentations to ensure they are visually appealing, impactful and meet the requisite quality standards.
Actively maintain directories and various internal management repository in Consumer Products and other service lines.
Support initiatives like marketing e.g. design of focused advertisements.
Enable practice professionals to apply the Methodology on engagements and ensure compliance of the same Support the strategic planning initiatives of the firm like business plans / communication.
Manage a pool of resources below and work as their leader and mentor.
Assist seniors in overall team management, team initiatives and other important areas of work such as internal trainings, performance appraisals and MIS.
Open to the challenges of managing a continuously innovative work stream which would include dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking, managing and training team members, ensuring quality in service delivery to end-users, interacting with international offices across time zones etc.
Expected to leverage upon his/her experience and knowledge of best practices.
Expected to train, motivate and lead a team – take ownership for their output.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc – he/she should be able to make impactful documents, presentations etc using these applications.
Experience with managing and leading small teams and/or handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Hands-on experience using research databases for primary / secondary research, such as Avention, APQC, and Nexis.
Work experience with similar captive units of reputed consulting firms or with front-end consulting looking at moving into a captive unit for the right reasons.
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint for Knowledge Management is desired.
Any experience / knowledge working with design applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, etc. would be an advantage.
Very good in secondary research using paid databases.
Very good in market research.
Swift and excellent verbal spoken skills (not even good will work).
